Lolita's Rules
Here are my rules. Please read these for they may be different than City's. There are rules for taking a free template, buying one, requesting a custom, and requesting an image.
Taking A Free Basic Template:
1. Leave my link on there.
2. Tell me when you take it and leave your website address
3. Do NOT alter my design majorly.
4. I request you host your own images.
Some templates I put a lot of work into and are a lot better looking then the basic templates. For these templates I charge 5 dollars. Once you buy it I will mark it as taken so nobody else can use the template but you. For this I ask you tell me when you are done using this template. Here are a few rules for this.
1. You have to pay me and your money most clear before I give you the code for it. This protects me from getting ripped off. Please read at the bottom of the page about payment.2. You must leave my link on the site.
3. You must give me the address to your site.
4. If you have a locked diary and don't want to give out the password so I can monitor and make sure you aren't breaking the rules then add an extra 2 dollars to the cost.
5. I request you don't change anything major about the template. Requesting A Custom:
1. You have to email me with the answers to the questions at the end of this rule section. In the subject of the email put CUSTOM DESIGN so that way I know what it is if it ends up in the bulk mail. If you don't do this and its deleted too bad not my fault.
2. The cost of a complete custom is anywhere from 10-20 dollars. 5 dollars for special cases such as nonimage templates. Or templates where I/City don't have to design the image.
3. The cost for me to take a template of mine or somebody elses and customize it for you varies from what you want done. If it isn't much its free if it will take me over 1hour worth of work then it'll be 5 dollars.
4. If you are a template changing whore such as myself and wish to make me your primary designer then we can work out a deal where you pay me so much for so many layouts instead of paying 10-20 for each layout.
5. I do free custome layouts for charities.
6. You can always ask me to do a free layout if you HONESTLY do not have the money. I understand this as I am not the richest person on earth either. However If I do agree to doing a free one it goes to the bottom of the waiting list. Because its only fair that those paying get theirs first.
7. You must EMAIL me. Its in the contact area. I need to have an email adress so I can contact you with questions and to let you know information about your custome.
Answer These Questions When Requesting
1. Whats your name? (no it doesn't have to be real name just sumfin I can call you besides hey strange paying customer person.
2. Whats your site address?
3. What kind of theme would you like?
4. Color scheme?
5. Image idea? If you already have an image you'd like me to use/edit attatch it to email or send me the link to it.
6. Do you want regular links or image links?
7. Title of page?
8. Send a list of links you want up. Include the url and the name you want it called for example: www.diaryland.com - Host
9. You can also copy and send the code to me So I can get the links and anything else you want to stay on the diary. If you do this send it as an attatchment and make sure the file is a text file so I can open it in notepad.
10. Say you love me...no I'm just kidding I just wanted ten things...
Requesting A Custom Image:
Have a layout and just want an image then I'll be happy to help you. Some of this is free some of this cost more.
1. Email me the pic and in the title of the email put CUSTOM IMAGE so if it ends up in the bulk mail I know its not spam. If you don't do this and its deleted too bad not my fault.
2. Cost of this are if its JUST words you want added then congrats its free! If its a complete custome image then it'll cost a little. 5 dollars is the min. and 10 is the max. I will very rarely charge 10 dollars for an image thats just if you want more than one image or it just takes me days to do it. Again if you change your layout a lot but handle the html part yourself and just need an image then we can work out a special deal for so many images for so much.
3. In you email tell me what you want on the image, Send me the image or images you want altered, Also before you get the actual image your payment must pass paypal. This is to protect me. I'll send you a small sample like version of the image so you can say yay or nay to it. If you aren't sure exactly what you want thats okay just email me or IM me if I'm online I'll help you figure it out. SPECIAL DEAL FOR ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS
If you recomend me to people and they tell me you are the one that told them about me I'll give you a dollar off for each person you send my way. So long as they take a layout and keep it for at least two weeks. Yes I know some of you will try to get ppl to just take the layout for a day or two and then change it back to whatever they want just so you can get this deal. Oh heck I might try it to so don't I blame you.
Anyway if you send somebody to me that buys a custome layout or image from me then you get the equivalent to what they paid off your next custome. Which means if they pay me 5 dollars for something then you get 5 dollars off. If I would have only charged you 5 dollars then its FREE! If you send me 10 people then I'll do the custome completely free. Anyway questions about this email me or leave a note and I'll be glad to answer your question. Small Note:

I ONLY take PAYPAL. This is because it is secure and safe and I don't have to give out my address to strangers online. This also protects you and me. If you have questions about this please feel free to ask me. Also your payment must be accepted before I give you the completed product you are paying for. This usually takes PayPal 3-4 business days to do this. I will start work on your product as soon as you request it and send the money. But I will not give you the product until the money clears. I am not in the business to be ripped off. This means however that if you don't like the product or change your mind I will continue working on it until you like it or refund your money if you wish to go elsewhere. Which is another reason to using paypal. Sending your money back is easier for me.
If you don't use paypal then we can discuss something else but again I make no promises. Donation Info
Also if you make a donation you get a link to your site up on the page. It'll go on my side bar until thats full and then on a special page that I'll call Donaters once I have a bunch of you. You'll also go on our buddy list for anybody that views our page. I will put your name, site, and how much you gave if you want. Or I'll just put your name. Up to you. I put no pressure on you to donate. There are simply perks to it. Also any amount of donation is appreciated. If you make a donation and take a free layout or free image or just stop by and are nice enough you shall be rewarded with either a free custome(s) or half off the price depending on how nice you are. Of course in order to get this I ask you leave a note or email me telling me you did this so I'll know who it was. And Yes you can donate without revealing who you are. Thats fine by me.
